ITP is planning to convert an Odeon in Blackpool into a gay entertainment and shopping centre with specialist health centre.
It hopes to establish the world’s biggest gay disco there. It falls within a redevelopment area and the company has signed a contract with developers.
First Leisure has approached ITP about franchising the Funny Girls camp cabaret spot in a converted London theatre.
