Independent television company ITV has let part of the former Granada headquarters in Bedford to electrical good rental company Boxclever.
Boxclever, once jointly owned by Granada Media and Nomura International, will occupy 34,429 sq ft at Technology House on Ampthill Road.
It has taken the space on a ten-year lease, at a rent of £6.70 per sq ft.
The deal leaves 52,509 sq ft available at the property which comprises a 64,622 sq ft main office building, with a 22,316 sq ft self-contained extension block to the side.
ITV was advised by Savills; Boxclever was advised by Lambert Smith Hampton.
