IVG and AXA have signed IT networking group CHBC UK for 10,600 sq ft of offices at One Thames Valley in Bracknell.
The space will be occupied by Riverbed Technology, which joins Caterpillar, Allegis and Lawson at the 73,000 sq ft office block.
Sarah Waller of IVG said: “This building continues to perform well in a tough market, the combination of a quality product and competitive terms has proved very successful.”
