IVG offers London block for £51m

A 85,672 sq ft office block in London’s Hammersmith has hit the market with a £51.3m.

On behalf of IVG, Knight Frank has been instructed to sell 43 Brook Green, W6. The price reflects a 5.25% yield.

The building is let to Halcrow Group, at a rent of £2.8m pa. The tenant recently entered into a reversionary lease expiring on 24 December 2030.

There is strong scope for rental growth and longer-term redevelopment opportunities.
