Serviced office operator IWG saw pretax profit fall 4% to £80.8m in the first half of the year as capital expenditure doubled to £180m.
The company opened 149 new centres, extending its presence to around 3,000 locations in more than 100 countries. It spent £110m on property.
In the UK, it opened in 42 new centres, mainly in the south of the country.
