Jägermeister has signed a 10-year lease for a office in Camberley, Surrey.
The drinks manufacturer is taking the 7,849 sq ft first floor at Building 11 at Watchmoor Park .
It is paying the landlord – Patrizia and funds managed by Oaktree Capital Management – a rent equating to £17.50 per sq ft.
UK head of asset management at Patrizia, Andrew Brooksbank, said: “It is great to add such a high-profile tenant and the decision to come to Watchmoor underlines the accessibility and quality of space the park has to offer.”
