Quintain Estates & Devlopment, the quoted investor and devloper that tried to buy the Millennium Dome, has been given a vote of confidence by legendary investor Jack Petchey.
The 75-year old has increased his stake in Quintain to 4%, buying another 350,000 shares through his Isle-of-Man based investment vehicle Trefick
Quintain boasts an extensive and diverse portfolio across the country, including a lucrative patch of land adjacent to the Dome site in Greenwich, and is trading at a considerable discount to net asset value.
Shares in Quintain opened this morning at 190.5p.
