Jackson-Stops & Staff has reported a 32% rise in sales in the first-quarter selling season to the end of March.
The upmarket estate agency said it was the most positive market it had seen for several years. It said “green shoots” were also apparent in the pipeline of properties under offer with figures showing these were up 8%, year-on-year across its offices. Jackson-Stops & Staff said cathedral cities, the Cotswolds, East Anglia and the South West had enjoyed the biggest share of sales.
