Jacobs Holdings wins Ropner bid and buys DIFT for £6.4m
Ropner has succumbed to a revised £33.8m bid from Jacobs Holdings. Jacobs also announced it had acquired DIFT which owns the Thames Europort at Dartford, for £6.4m.
