Jaguar Land Rover has signed up for Prologis’ The Fort distribution centre in Birmingham.
JLR and Prologis have agreed a rent of £5.50 per sq ft on the 166,052 sq ft DC3 building on Wingfoot Close. The rateable value of the building is £830,000 pa.
The scheme is off the A47 Fort Parkway dual carriageway, between junctions 5 and 6 of the M6.
Cushman & Wakefield and BNP Paribas Real Estate are joint letting agents.
