LRT Pension Fund has sold James Sellar House in central Glasgow to a joint venture between GE Capital and London & Oriental for £3.5m. The deal represents a yield of 7.94%.
The 3,008 sq m (32,379 sq ft) office block, at 144-146 West George Street, is currently let to seven tenants, providing an income of £296,827 pa.
Insignia Richard Ellis (IRE) acted for LRT Pension Fund and Jones Lang LaSalle acted for the purchaser.
