Former DTZ employee James Williams has been appointed by Savills to lead its industrial investment team in London.
Williams will work closely with head of business space investment Richard Merryweather.
He has worked in the investment market for more than 10 years, most recently at DTZ. He will now be based at Savills’ Grosvenor Hill, W1, office
Merryweather said: “James has built up a strong reputation and his wide and varied experience in this sector, will be a valuable new addition to our national investment team.”
