Real estate company Jamestown has bought 49% stakes in two office blocks in Madison Avenue, New York, signing a deal with owners George Comfort & Sons and Loeb Partners Realty.
The buildings are fully occupied, with New York Life Insurance Company and CBS among the tenants.
Financial details were not disclosed. Doug Harmon and Adam Spies of Eastdil Secured led a team of financial advisors.
