The struggling Jane Norman fashion retailer, which has more than 200 outlets in the UK and Ireland, is for sale.
PricewaterhouseCoopers has circulated an information memorandum to potential buyers which is reported to include Debenhams. Elsewhere, Laura Ashley revealed it had closed another three stores in the current financial year after shutting 16 last year.
