Colliers has hired Emerson Group’s Willem Janssen as lead director on its South East offices team.
The move marks a return to Colliers for Janssen, who was a director on the agency’s central London team for 11 years until 2020.
He then spent two years at Emerson as leasing director for the group’s 500,000 sq ft South East office portfolio.
Janssen said: “The opportunity to return to Colliers was too good to miss. I look forward to building strategic partnerships with owners and occupiers across the South East.
“I’ll be working closely with them to future-proof their portfolios, calibrate office occupation strategies and drive positioning towards the highest performance and net zero carbon standards.”
