Japanese company Kyocera Document Solutions has signed for 25,617 sq ft at office building Eldon Court in Reading.
The document output management firm has signed a lease expiring in January 2021 with Mapeley Group for the offices on London Road.
It will relocate from circa 15,000 sq ft at Beacontree Plaza on Gillette Way.
Lambert Smith Hampton, Savills and Campbell Gordon acted for Mapeley Estates; Campbell Gordon advised Kyocera.
Tom Fletcher, associate director in LSH’s Reading team, said: “The size of the deal, and the relocation of a prominent occupier within the town, make this an important office transaction for Reading and will give the town centre’s office take-up figures a boost.”
