Jarvis Hotels has bought the freehold of Holiday Inn Gatwick East for £8.62m from Scandic Hotels Group.
The 151-bedroom hotel, situated on the M23 between Gatwick and Crawley, includes extensive conference facilities and a substantial health and leisure club.
John Jarvis, Chairman and Chief Executive, said: “The acquisition of this hotel demonstrates Jarvis’s commitment to offer good value mid-market properties to our corporate and leisure clients.”
The hotel group already owns the Jarvis Felbridge Hotel in the East Grinstead/Gatwick area.
