Jarvis has been selected as preferred bidder for the £250m contract to run student accommodation at Nottingham Trent University for the next 33 years.
The estate comprises eight halls of residence.
The support services group has also been chosen to provide extra room and refurbish extra ones for the University of Plymouths Hasledene campus in Exmouth.
