Global digital marketing agency Jellyfish is to move its UK headquarters to the Shard, SE1.

The company has signed to take 9,017 sq ft on level 22 on a 10-year lease as it expands from its existing base in Reigate, Surrey.

The rest of the floor will be occupied by Khazanah Europe Investments, which is due to move into the Shard later this year.

The Shard, which is owned by developer Irvine Sellar and the State of Qatar, and managed by REM, is now 80% let and has achieved rents of between £65 and £85 per sq ft.

Irvine Sellar and James Goldsmith, leasing director of REM, said: “With only 10% of the office space at London Bridge Quarter still remaining available, we will be working hard to attract further diversity in our occupier base over the coming few months.”

Founded in 1999, Jellyfish is a digital marketing agency with offices in the US, South Africa and Japan and employs more than 300 employees globally.

Rob Pierre, chief executive of Jellyfish, said: “The Shard will be home for our training and consultancy team.”

JLL and Knight Frank are leasing agents on the Shard; Altus Maxwell Brown advised Jellyfish.
