The government plans to name and shame owners of tower blocks who have yet to replace dangerous cladding.
Housing Secretary Robert Jenrick told the House of Commons that “inaction must have consequences” after admitting that progress had been “unacceptably slow”.
From next month the government will start naming those responsible for buildings where works to replace Grenfell-style cladding have not yet begun.
