Niche property group JER Partners has appointed capital markets veterans Mark Chamieh and James W. Green as managing directors.
They will share responsibility for raising capital and building and managing capital-raising teams for JER’s private equity funds globally.
The appointments are part of the company’s expansion plans. It intends to expand both its geographic reach and diversity of investment vehicles.
Chamieh will join the company in May and Green has been with JER since March.
They will report to president and chief operating officer Michael Pralle.
Chamieh comes from UBS Global Asset Management where he was managing director, Head of Global Business Development.
Green joins JER from Citigroup Property Investors (CPI), where he was global head of Marketing and Client Relations. He will be based in
