First Base has appointed Jessica Wallis as development manager.
Wallis joins from leading Australian property group Mirvac, where she spent the last five years managing the development process for Ascot Green, a luxury development in Brisbane.
Wallis’s appointment follows on from the departure of development director Kate Ives last year, who has taken on a development role at Wates Residential.

First Base recently secured planning for its £90m, 229-home and office scheme in Brighton and its 3,000-home development plan at Silvertown in London’s Royal Docks.
First Base director Phil Wade said: “We are continuing to see growth in our business and development pipeline and we are excited about the year ahead. Jessica has great experience and we are pleased to welcome her to our team to deliver on our major projects across London and the South East.”
