Jesta Capital’s 6-8 Bishopsgate in the City of London, EC2, has been placed into receivership and put up for sale for around £85m.
Partners at King Sturge have been appointed receivers on the 143,000 sq ft property, which will come to market for a price reflecting a 7.5% yield.
The City office block was bought by Jesta in 2006 for £108m from German fund manager DIFA.
