JJ Homes has been appointed managing agent for Taylor Wimpey’s Centrale, the housebuilder’s sought-after development in Hackbridge, Surrey.
The Carshalton-based company will oversee the day-to-day management of the development of 68 flats near Sutton.
Centrale lies on the edge of the Hackbridge Project – a project to create a thriving town centre including 792 homes, a community centre, doctor’s surgery, offices, shops, a supermarket, care home, bus interchange and several cafes and restaurants.
Anthony Tokatly, managing director of JJ Homes, said: “Centrale enjoys a fantastic location – and one that’s local to JJ Homes – which will allow us to deliver the strict, proactive approach to property management we pride ourselves on.
He added: “Hackbridge is set to become a south London property hot spot thanks to its excellent travel links combined with an ambitious programme of development.”
