JLL adds to London-based valuation team

JLL has appointed Nick Carter as a national director in the valuation advisory team based in London.

Carter joins JLL from Dalton Warner Davis where he focused on specialist valuation, compulsory purchase and strategic property advice.

He has worked on a wide range of asset classes for both public and private sector clients including BT, The Doctor’s Laboratory, The Singapore High Commission and the Port of London Authority.

As part of the corporate and specialist valuation team, Carter will work alongside director Chris Strathon in continuing to expand the teams’ service lines to include compulsory purchase advice and Section 18 Dilapidations valuations.

Chris Strathon, lead director of JLL’s corporate and specialist valuation team, said: “Nick has an excellent track record in specialist valuations and will enable us to expand our offer of complex valuation advice to our public sector, corporate, banking and property investor clients.”

Carter added: “The team has numerous high-profile instructions across a diverse range of sectors and specialist property types. I am looking forward to helping them continue to grow and expand into new areas.”
