Oxford West End Developments has appointed JLL and Bidwells to act as development advisers for the Oxpens site in the heart of Oxford’s west end.
The joint venture between Oxford City Council and Nuffield College, OXWED has assembled more than 11 acres of land for a residential-led mixed-use development that could include commercial offices, a hotel and university research space.
OXWED’s ambition for the site is for a high-quality sustainable development and it intends to seek a development partner later this year.
Between 300 and 500 new homes – including social housing and homes for key workers – are planned for the site.
