JLL and Wilkinson Williams have been selected as joint agents on the Crown Estate’s Fosse Park in Leicester.
The Crown has appointed the duo following its acquisition of the 560,000 sq ft retail park in August last year for £345.5m.
Current tenants include M&S, Outfit, New Look, Boots, Next, River Island, Argos, DFS, Thorntons and Costa Coffee.
