JLL is to separate the roles of president and chief executive officer and has appointed Christian Ulbrich, currently chief executive officer for the EMEA region, as president of JLL.
Colin Dyer will retain the role of chief executive officer and continue to guide the firm’s global strategy, with an emphasis on IT and data strategies. He will also oversee LaSalle Investment Management as well as the firm’s finance, human resources, legal and marketing functions.
Guy Grainger, currently UK chief executive, will succeed Ulbrich as EMEA chief executive officer and Chris Ireland will become UK chief executive.
All changes are effective 1 June 2016.
