Jones Lang LaSalle has been appointed as joint letting agent for Soapworks, the redevelopment of the former Colgate-Palmolive site in Salford, by the Carlyle Group, Abstract Securities and Nikal.
JLL joins existing letting agent Canning O’Neill on the scheme.
Soapworks will comprise more than 400,000 sq ft of grade A offices, plus a restaurant, gym and conference facilities.
The first phase of the scheme, the Boilerhouse, which provides 20,000 sq ft of offices, was completed in October.
