Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels has been appointed to sell the new Missoni Hotel in Edinburgh.
The 136-room hotel, which is owned by Bank of Scotland, has an asking price of around £40m.
The five-star hotel opened in June and is located on the corner of George IV Bridge and the Royal Mile.
Belgium hotel group
Rezidor operates the hotel which is the first of a planned chain in partnership with the Italian fashion and design group.
A second Missoni hotel has also opened in Kuwait City.
