JLL appoints new central London heads

JLL has appointed Catherine Thomas and Phoebe Geake (pictured) as new co-heads of its central London property asset management business.

Both have been internally promoted. Thomas joined JLL in 2019 as a director. Prior to that, she held roles at British Land, Vail Williams and NB Real Estate.

With more than 25 years of experience, Thomas is known for specialising in management of large mixed-use schemes such as the Broadgate campus, and seeing large-scale office developments through from construction to practical completion and beyond. Key clients include Nuveen and CC Land.

Geake joined JLL in 2016 and specialises in specialising in prime portfolio management and service innovation, with a particular focus on ESG.

In their new and expanded roles, Geake and Thomas will focus on continuing to drive the net-zero carbon agenda on behalf of JLL’s clients, the delivery of exceptional customer experience, and the implementation of right-fit smart technology to enhance occupier experience.

Jordan Jeffery, chief operating officer and deputy head of property and asset management, said: “We have a fantastic track record of delivering exceptional property management services to our clients in central London on some of the most amazing buildings and estates, and I have no doubt that under Catherine and Phoebe’s guidance we will continue to develop and enhance our offer and deliver the best property management advice in the market.”
