Simon Horan, head of residential in Birmingham at JLL, has left the agency after six years in the role.
Horan was previously new business director for HDD and has also worked as development director at Savills and CBRE.
He was appointed to the role in 2018 and worked across the Midlands.
Horan focused on “living” assets including student housing, build-to-rent, retirement and care homes. His remit also included advising on mixed-use opportunities, planning, valuation and public sector advisory work.
