Cushman & Wakefield has hired a city investment agent from JLL, as it continues to bulk up its London capital markets team.
Louise Robinson, who had been a director for city capital markets at JLL since September 2013, has been appointed as a partner at C&W.
She joins international partner and fellow former capital markets colleague Jeremy Gardner at the firm, whose hire was reported by EG earlier this week.
Gardner had joined Cushman after 13 years at JLL, and 11 years before that was strategic property director for the City of London Corporation.
The pair left JLL at the end of last year, it has emerged.
Robinson has advised on city development opportunities, including the sale of Blackfriars Crown Court on behalf of Her Majesty’s Courts and Tribunal Service.
A spokesman for Cushman & Wakefield said: “The experienced pair will add significant expertise to what is already a market leading capability, and will work with international partner Robert Murphy to provide clients with insight and strategic development opportunities in London.”
