Jones Lang LaSalle has shored up its international residential team in London with a new China desk based in the firm’s Warwick Street head office.
The desk will be headed by Tina Yii, who was previously based in the Beijing office at Jones Lang LaSalle and is experienced in the Chinese residential market.
She will be responsible for promoting London as a prime residential destination to the nine Jones Lang LaSalle offices in China.
Peter Murray, international director in the residential team at Jones Lang LaSalle, said: “China is the largest global market and with the country’s rapidly increasing personal wealth creation, we anticipate demand for UK and London property to intensify.
