JLL directors leave to set up niche retail practice

Graham Fawcett and James Mead, directors in Jones Lang LaSalle’s retail capital markets team, have resigned to set up their own niche practice.

Fawcett and Mead were both part of independent retail agency Churston Heard before it was bought by Jones Lang LaSalle for £23m in July 2008.

Adrian Peachey, head of retail capital markets at Jones Lang LaSalle, said: “Graham and James have been colleagues for 13 and seven years respectively and have contributed a great deal during their time here and at Churston Heard.  This is a move they have been considering for some time now and we wish them all the best in this new venture.”
