Tim Western has been appointed head of office at JLL in Exeter, to start in June.
Western, who has worked at JLL for 19 years, takes the reins from Charles Kislingbury who will focus on developing the residency business across the south west region and Wales.
Western will also continue to lead the logistics team in the office.
Kislingbury said: “This is a natural progression for the Exeter office. Having worked with Tim for many years, he has all the skills and knowledge that will ensure JLL continues to be a leading property business in the region.”
