JLL has recruited Sam Gibson from BNP Paribas Real Estate, who will join its capital markets team as a director.
Gibson will specialise in office investment across Greater London, the South East and key regional cities.
He previously spent three years at BNP Paribas Real Estate following its merger with Strutt & Parker, where he worked for a decade.
Simon Verrall, head of South East capital markets at JLL, said: “Sam is a strategic fit for our growth plans across the national investment market. His extensive market knowledge, experience and client base will be a valuable addition to the team.”
