JLL has hired Sarah Brisbane, a former office agent with BNP Paribas, as West End agency director.
Brisbane will be tasked with landlord advisory across the area, following four years at BNPPRE and six years with Strutt & Parker prior to the merger of the two firms.
She has previously advised clients including WELPUT, including on the redevelopment and leasing of 55,000 sq ft at 20 St James’s Street, and providing development and leasing advice to Aberdeen Standard Investments and U+I on the 280,000 sq ft development at 10 and 12 Hammersmith Grove.
Brisbane joins after Chris Valentine was promoted from the head of the company’s West End agency to head of its central London office agency.
Sarah Brisbane, West End agency director at JLL, said: “There are certainly busy times ahead for the West End real estate market, and I am excited to have joined such a highly regarded team as we work with the significant uptick in occupational volumes and activity that the market is seeing.”
Chris Valentine, head of central London office agency at JLL, added: “Sarah is ideally suited to our strategic growth plans across the West End market. Her extensive market knowledge and experience will be a valuable addition to the team.”
