JLL has been instructed by Aberdeen Asset Management to manage 400,000 sq ft of commercial property at Liverpool’s Albert Dock.
The 19th century dock comprises the UK’s largest collection of Grade I listed buildings as well as 400,000 sq ft of hotel, leisure, retail and office accommodation.
Tate Liverpool is among the occupiers at the UNESCO World Heritage Site, as are Holiday Inn, Premier Inn, The Beatles Story, Gusto and Miller and Carter.
As part of the contract, JLL will establish an on-site office for occupier enquiries.
Aberdeen Asset Management bought the site earlier this year for around £42.8m.
Jill Renison, property and asset management director at JLL, said: “The Albert Dock regeneration was something of a beacon for Liverpool city centre’s revival and the site remains a thriving commercial and leisure destination.”
