SEGRO has appointed JLL and Cushman & Wakefield as joint letting agents across its Slough Trading Estate and Link 255 assets in Slough, Berkshire.
The pair have been tasked will filling voids across the 5.5m sq ft estate, in which four new speculative units are under construction, sized at 11,300 sq ft, 14,360 sq ft, 34,600 sq ft and 50,865 sq ft respectively.
Link 225 offers 11.5 acres of prime development land fronting onto the A4. It is a fully cleared site and is being offered on prelets of 50,000 sq ft to 200,000 sq ft.
The land is suitable for B1, B2, and B8 uses, data centres, car showrooms and other roadside uses.
