JLL/KS New UK board revealed

The merged Jones Lang LaSalle and King Sturge will be led by a new eight-strong UK board made up of key figures from the two firms.

From JLL the UK board will be made up of: Andrew Gould, UK chief executive; Neil Prime, head of office agency; Guy Grainger, head of retail; and chief operating officer Richard Howling.

From King Sturge it is made up of: joint senior partner Richard Batten, who becomes UK chairman; joint senior partner Chris Ireland, who will lead capital markets; Philip Marsden, King Sturge’s head of investment and corporate finance, who will lead industrial and logistics; and managing partner Mark Stupples, representing property and asset management.

JLL’s current UK chairman Andrew Hynard is not represented on the UK board and becomes deputy chairman of the combined firm.
