JLL has launched AI app JiLL to help employees speed up administration tasks in the workplace.
Employees can speak into the app to demand tasks that JiLL can complete on behalf of the employee, such as booking meeting rooms or looking at lunch menus.
JiLL is being piloted this summer and will be available later in the year in the US. It is the first product developed by JLL’s in-house tech team, JLL Labs.
Vinay Goel, chief digital product officer at JLL, said: “JiLL leverages JLL’s vast datasets about buildings, user interactions and transactions with physical spaces to provide a personalised and intelligent conversational interface that matches employees’ consumer experiences.
“Over time, we expect JiLL to become an essential platform for hundreds of skills that help employees improve their daily productivity.”
