JLL is leading the way on this year’s Estates Gazette Awards shortlist, being in contention in no fewer than six categories.
CBRE is shortlisted five times, while Cushman & Wakefield is a finalist in four categories.
All three firms are recognised in one of EG’s new categories this year, Global Property Brand. They will fight it out with Axa, CBRE Global Investors, Lend Lease and TIAA Henderson Real Estate for the overall crown.
Away from the agents, the Crown Estate has bagged the most shortlistings. It is a contender for national property company of the year and is also a finalist in the offices and retail and leisure property company categories.
This year also sees two other new categories. The specialist property company and specialist adviser awards will celebrate fast-growing, smaller businesses. Seven advisers and five developers are contesting these categories.
The awards will be presented on 11 December at the London Hilton on Park Lane, W1.
