Jones Lang LaSalle Leeds national investment director Mike Smith has quit to set up his own practice.
His role in JLL’s investment team will be filled by Leeds office head Alistair Russell, backed by Justin Garnett and Keith Lown.
Russell said: “I’m really looking forward to my greater involvement within the market.
“The early resolution of the Iraq conflict and Mr Brown maintaining stamp duty levels leaves us with a very positive view on the market ahead.”
