Jeremy Gardner has left JLL after more than a decade to join Cushman & Wakefield as an international partner in the London development team.
Gardner spent 13 years at JLL in the capital markets team, specialising in development advice, headlease consultancy, strategic asset management and investment.
Most recently, he was a regional director for JLL’s City and East London development and capital markets team.
He was previously strategic property director for 11 years at the City of London Corporation. He was responsible for the local authority City Fund estate and the strategic estate, which focused on regeneration in neighbouring boroughs, and included joint ventures at Orsman Road and Hoxton Square.
Prior to this he held surveyor roles at the Valuation Office Agency and asset and investment firm Weatherall Green and Smith.
Gardner is a board member for the City Property Association and the charity Shoreditch Trust.
