JLL names new head of UK agency in leadership reshuffle

A reshuffle across JLL’s client teams has seen the agency name a new head of UK agency.

Neil Prime (pictured above), who joined JLL in 2005 and has been head of UK agency since early 2020, will next month move to a new board role as head of clients for the UK business, focusing on investors and occupiers.

James Finnis

Prime will be replaced as head of UK agency by James Finnis, currently head of South East office markets. Finnis joined the company in 2006 and has led the regional office team since 2010. Stuart Austin will now step up to lead the South East office markets team.

Elsewhere in the business, Bristol-based Simon Peacock has been named head of regions and will continue to run the South West and Wales. Ian Cornock, currently the agency’s regions and Midlands lead, will now head up JLL’s regeneration growth initiative, with Stuart Smith running the Birmingham office and leading the Midlands team.

Prime’s new role will see him join a reshaped UK executive board for JLL, led by Stephanie Hyde as chief executive and head of markets.

Alongside Prime and Peacock, the other board members are: head of capital markets Andrew Frost; Sue Asprey Price, head of work dynamics; sustainability head Emma Hoskyn; James Addison, head of operations; Kweku Yankson, head of HR; and finance boss Harminder Atwal.
