JLL opens Exeter office

JLL has opened its new office at The Senate, ExeterThe Senate Exeter Thumb.

The firm signed a 10-year lease with Valad for the 4,500 sq ft ground floor space.

JLL announced its intention to move last year due to the expansion of its team in the region. The new space will accommodate up to 50 people.

Charles Kislingbury, lead director of JLL’s Exeter office, said: “Our move has seen JLL increase its workspace by 30%, thus showing a real commitment to growing our existing workforce in line with demand for our services across the region.”

JLL’s building surveying team project managed the move for JLL, including the work carried out by the landlord.
