JLL has joined the Paradise Birmingham neighbourhood after signing for a new office at One Centenary Way.
The consultancy’s Birmingham team, comprising 150 people, will occupy 13,815 sq ft on the fourth floor on a 10-year lease.
JLL plans an energy efficient office fit-out, which will minimise embodied carbon through a circular economy design strategy, as well as aiming for SKA Gold, BREEAM Excellent and WELL Gold standards as a minimum. The firm has appointed Tétris UK to lead on the design of the office space.

Stuart Smith, head of the Midlands region at JLL, said: “Not only is One Centenary Way supported by amenities like the basement cycle hub, but it also places us at the heart of Birmingham’s business ecosystem, making us accessible for clients.”
Other occupiers at One Centenary Way include Arup and Goldman Sachs.
The 280,000 sq ft building is part of the second-phase of the wider Paradise scheme, being delivered by MEPC on behalf of the Paradise Circus Limited Partnership. The £1.2bn project features the construction of more than 2m sq ft of offices, shops, bars, cafes, restaurants, a hotel and Octagon residential tower.
