JLL has poached one of the North West’s best known agents, Ken Bishop, from DTZ/Cushman & Wakefield.
It follows the news this week that JLL’s North West development director Adam White is leaving to join Manchester Airports Group.
Bishop will join JLL’s North West senior team working alongisde the investment, agency and development teams.
He has acted on more than 1m sq ft of prelets and leasing deals at Spinningfields in Manchester and a number of the city’s most prestigious leasing mandates.
JLL lead director David Lathwood said:“Ken Bishop is one of the best known and most highly regarded figures in the North West property world and his vast experience and knowledge is perfect fit for our business. Bishop said: “Whilst it will be a wrench to leave, after having enjoyed so many years at DTZ, it’s time for a new opportunity and I am excited by the role at JLL and in particular the challenge of adding my development expertise to their already successful team.”
