JLL has promoted Jo Edwards to lead director of property and asset management across the South West.
Edwards has been with the company for 19 years, and a director in property and asset management for the past 10 years.
She and her team of will be responsible for 260 properties and 1,300 tenants.
Edwards said: “Over almost 20 years with JLL I’ve seen the business go from strength to strength and the quality and quantity of the assets under our management increase significantly. It is a very exciting time to be appointed to the role now that the market is active once again.”
